The Initial Project

First 3-4 Months

We implement the technical setup based on your legal team’s or advisor’s guidance, ensuring compliance decisions stay in your hands
  • Mapping key events and conversions – including business logic and user behavior relevance
  • Rebuilding or refactoring where needed – to ensure accuracy, flexibility and long-term reliability
  • Implementing measurement strategy – so teams are aligned on what’s measured and why
  • Routing data to the right platforms – Google Analytics, Ad platforms, Meta, CRM, BI tools and others
  • QA and validation – checking real-world data flows, edge cases and reporting accuracy

This phase is intense. It sets the foundation for everything else. While the steps above are typical, every organization is different – we tailor the initial project to match the structure, needs and goals of each company we work with.

Ongoing Engagement

Once tracking is reliable and robust, we stay involved to help. We can serve as your part-time analytics resource (sometimes referred to as a fractional analyst) or strengthen your internal team with deep technical expertise in GA4, GTM and ad platform conversion integrations.
